You need to be able to keep track of time, because it is very important. Getting work done late and not having lots of time to do it are bad.

 

You can get stressed out and then it could affect your health. This means you will be concentrated to get those super last minute tasks done and then will be too focused that you forget about yourself and you don’t eat. Being stressed out is not fun so you need to be relaxed sometimes. Some ways are… having a schedule, so you know what needs to be done while having the time balanced out. For good health and time management, you need to know how to say “no”, because you could get extra work or even someone else’s work by saying “yes” to everything. You, probably, already have a lot of stuff to do and to say “no” is not, always, a bad idea.

 

Multitasking is, sometimes, helpful; for example, “working and eating”. It is like a bonus. You are getting 2 things done in 1 period of time. Planning ahead of time is, also, a good idea, so you are not rushed to do it at the last minute. You know what they say; it’s always good to be early rather than late. ALWAYS eliminate time wasting activities. You will, probably, regret wasting all that time when you are ready to, finally, do serious stuff. NEVER procrastinate. You will start to build up on chores and will have to do them non-stop, eventually. While having to do all of this stuff, you still need to stay healthy. When working, try to stay away from that junk food, even though it may be hard. Eat healthily, like fruit and veggies. They have great vitamins and minerals. YAY!

 

Time is very important to keep track of, because it starts to affect your health, even when you don’t do too much stuff. Good health is very important. Energy is, also, one of the most important things, because without energy or something to eat or enough sleep your brain and body are not focused.

 

Time Management is important, because you need to know what is urgent in your life and what is important. Health management is, also, very important, because when you are busy, you do not really have time to cook, so you get takeout or fast food which are super UNHEALTHY, because they contain a bunch of oily, greasy food. You can have better health, by not eating loads of fast food and junk food.
