Today’s problem, in the world, is that people pollute the environment by being lazy or maybe smoking – which isn’t good for your health and causes health problems like cancer.

 

How to manage time

You can manage your time, by making a schedule and you can, also, do it, by using a calendar (in order) or a notebook.

 

Going to the gym isn’t that important, plus, not everyone needs to look buffed nor ripped. You just need to get at least 1 hour of exercise, like running, stretching, cycling, etc… Before you can do that, you need a schedule, so you don’t get in the way of important things in life. For example: you’re stretching and then you end up having a dentist appointment in five minutes. Either you miss your appointment or you don’t have enough time to do more exercise.

 

Exercise: Why it’s important

Exercise is important, because if you just eat healthily, all it’s going to do is fuel you up or give you energy. So, if your arms used to start cramping up, now you can just stretch them out so you won’t get any more cramps in your arms, legs, etc…

Time management is important, because when you grow up you will have a job and probably a family. You will need a work schedule and will need a schedule to stay on track, so you won’t get overwhelmed with all these things that you have to do on any day. Time management is super-important.
