Time is important, because if you don’t have time how would you know the time? Without time, we can’t survive. Time is precious. Time is very important, because it lets you know when to do stuff, like eat or go to school.

 

Health is important, too, because if you don’t eat, your stomach will hurt. If you eat sweets you might get diabetes. Junk food is not good, because it’s very oily and fatty. Fruits and veggies are better, because they are healthy and contain vitamins. You need to know what time it is, because it is important. If you don’t eat healthily, you will get sick. You need to exercise. You need to stay hydrated and not drink a lot of caffeine. Teas are better than coffee. If you eat sweets, your teeth will get cavities.

 

You need to eat healthily most of the times or you can become obese. You can make a schedule, to know what stuff you have to do that is very important, for that day. You need energy and sleep to do work or, without enough sleep, you would not be energetic. Good health is important, because it keeps you alive. Make sure you smile, because it keeps you happy. Health and time are like life. Laugh! Love!
