Health is eating healthy food and getting the right nutrients. If you want to stay healthy, you have to exercise. Good forms of exercise are push up, sit up, squat and touching your toes. There are 6 types of nutrients: protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and water. It is good to eat vegetables, fruits, grains like nuts and it’s good to eat bread. You can stay healthy by eating right and not eating junk food, like hamburgers and cheese burgers. You can stay healthy by not getting ill. Time management is what you choose to do in your time. Time management is how much work you finish. If you don’t manage your time well, you will be stressed and won’t get as much work done. Time management affects our health, because if you have time to do some exercise but you choose to watch television and eat popcorn, you are affecting your health. If you don’t manage your time well, you will be stressed and will be behind in your daily chores.
