What is Health And Time Management And How It Makes An Impact on People By: Saara Ali

Health and time management can be different, for a number of people. I’m going to tell you how people can deal with it and what it is.

Time management simply means managing your time. For example, a person whom is, always, busy, gets no sleep and gets not a lot of work finished is a person whom cannot manage time. However, someone who is not always busy, gets a fair amount of sleep and has a fair amount of work finished, is someone whom can manage time.

To manage your time, you need to have things set out for yourself, like setting goals. In order to set goals, you need to prioritize them. To prioritize those goals, you need to decide what to allocate to a specific task. This means which specific tasks to be put aside. You, also, need to adjust that goal. Another thing you need to do is revise the goals and priorities, regularly. Last but not least, observe your results.

Bad health is a serious problem, when it is associated with time management. It can have a big impact on you, intellectually, as in when it is late night and you have trouble thinking, or if you were a student and you rush through things, because of your procrastination, whether it is practising for a test or doing an assignment. You won’t learn as much as you would if you used your time wisely, socially, because you are too busy and you cannot be with your friends and family. Also, physically, because you won’t be getting enough sleep and sleep has an impact on the way you look. Also, emotionally, because you will feel sad a lot and feel depressed. Finally, spiritually, because you will feel like giving up hope.

A site called education.seattlepi.com says that college students whom could not manage their time properly, usually, start getting bad eating habits. Students tend to think of dropping out, because of poor time management. It, certainly, can give you lots of stress. Apparently, thirty percent drop out after their first year, while half does not graduate. Again, lack of sleep will make you look and feel worse in the classroom but more sleep helps your performance in the classroom.

Overall, we need to learn time management early, so that when we are in university or college we don’t drop out, because of bad emotional or physical health.
