It is very important to eat healthily!  It helps your body stay strong. Drinking lots of water has a lot of benefits for the body; it does help the body from becoming dehydrated. The benefits are that it helps with the body functions of all the organs. Water keeps the skin looking younger and healthier. It is better to consume warm/ room temperature water than cold. If it were very hot outside, your body will, naturally, prefer cold water, because the surface of your body is warm but the body absorbs warm / room temperature water faster! Eating healthier, also, helps with health factors in the body’ skin and hair. Eating regularly helps the organs, prevents diseases and helps the muscles remain strong. I stay healthy by running, swimming and riding my bike. I enjoy eating lots of fruit and vegetables, also, dairy products, because they help with my growth and teeth, since they are falling out! I enjoy learning about different ways to be healthy and those are the ways to stay healthy!!!
