Lots of people have trouble with both health and time management. I know it’s hard to manage both of them at the same time. Truly, I don’t have trouble as much as lots of people do. Going to the gym does make you fit and healthy. You can do many things, to make you healthy and save time, like going on diets and eating well. Also, take walks. How about using lists, to organize your time as to how you eat and how well you eat, each day? Today’s problem, in the world, is that people pollute the environment by being lazy or maybe smoking – which isn’t good for your health and causes health problems, like cancer.
