Health and Time Management By: Rajeen Uthayachandran

Lots of people have trouble with both health and time management. I know it’s hard to manage both of them at the same time. It’s stressful. Truly, I don’t have trouble as much as lots of people do. Going to the gym does make you fit and healthy. You can do hundreds of things, in the world, to make you healthy and save time, like, going on diets and eating well, also, taking walks. Use a list to organize time, how you eat and how well you eat. I recommend it. Use apps (exercise apps such as health etc.) How can we manage time to live healthier and happier, do the things that we know are important and still handle the responsibilities that are urgent? The Chang school is the first of its kind in Canada, at an undergraduate level. It is, specifically, designed to meet the needs of healthcare professionals whom now hold, or wish to hold, management positions in health services organizations. Time management skills are your abilities to recognize and solve personal time management problems. The goal, of these time management lessons, is to show you what you can do to improve those skills. If you, already, know how you should be managing your time but you still don’t do it, do it. Don’t give up. What you may be overlooking is the psychological side of your time management skills, psychological obstacles hidden behind your personality. You have to include everything-gym time, eating, driving, weekly meetings, all of it.
