Health and Time Management By: Kasman Samuda

Lots of people have trouble with both health and time management. I know it’s hard to manage both of them at the same time. It’s stressful. Truly, I don’t have trouble as much, as lots of people do but I got the FAX!

 

Going to the gym does make you fit and healthy but it can waste time. You can do hundreds of things in the world, to make you healthy and save time, like going on diets and eating well. Also, take walks. How about using lists, to organize your time and how you eat and how well you eat, each day? I recommend you to use apps (exercise apps such as s health etc.)

 

So,how can a 10 year old kid tell you how to keep your health and manage time? Well, to start, smoking is WAYYY too bad for your health and it could lead to health problems such as lung cancer. Drinking alcohol is bad for your health. If you drink a lot then stay up late with alcohol, it can still be in your system.

 

Turn off your cell phone and beeper. When someone asks you to do something that you really don’t have time to do, say so, politely but firmly. Don’t allow yourself to feel guilty. Also, you can multi-task. EAT HEALTHILY, while paying your bills and break from that crazy diet!! Finally, create a ‘to-do’ list, to manage and organize your health.

 

The whole point of time management is to achieve and not to stress yourself too much, so you can live your LIFE HAPPILY
