Managing food I eat and how I do it is that I manage my food by not eating too much junk food every day and eating healthily. Eating junk food is not very good for your health. No one wants stomach aches nor medical issues, nor headaches. By over-eating junk food, your size would keep on growing. You will become a bigger size and weight. Making time for gym is that we go to the gym at 7pm then we leave at 9pm. Gym could help you with the bigger size by exercising. Exercise helps your health, that’s why it’s good to always be healthy.

Managing time, to play with my brother and sister, is important and hard, because I have lots of activity and I come home late. To make time, to play with brother and sister, I, sometimes, don’t go to the gym, so I go home at 7pm.
