Sport is a subject which you can use with time management and health. Firstly, sports can give you muscles and is better than energy drinks, because they are full of caffeine so they are not good for you. The real deal is exercise which gives you more energy than ever. With sport, you need to manage your time too! You can’t eat 8 times a day. You only eat 3 times a day, so you can get skinny but strong. When you exercise, you sweat and get tired. All you need to do is get a warm glass of water and breathe in and breathe out.

 

Eating well is very important. You can’t always eat when you want, because you are going to get fat. Another thing about eating well is to eat healthily. You can’t always eat junk or outside food. Do you know why veggies, fruit and alternatives are good for you? They are good for you, because of the vitamins and proteins which can make blood in your body. This makes you an healthy person! It is really hard to eat healthy things. Some people don’t like how something looks. Eating well is, also, time management. You need it, because you might eat too much and when you do that your stomach will expand. Some people say water can make you fat but it can, actually, make you skinny! The bacteria is good and can make acid in your stomach. Never, ever, get a diet on water.

 

Sleeping is needed for everybody. If you don’t, you will die, because your brain is active all the time. Sleeping is another word for relaxing and you, also, need sleep when your brain gets really tired.

Sleeping is, also, a type of time management. You can’t always sleep. There is a limit for every single thing and if you only sleep, you will never be active. You will just be lazy. You can sleep for 8 hours.

There is a disease called sleep walking which happens to people when they walk and sleep.
