Today’s problem, in the world, is that people pollute the environment (by smoking) which isn’t good for your health and causes health problems like cancer.

 

How to manage time?

You can manage your time, by making a schedule. You can, also, do it by using a calendar or a notebook.

How to manage health?

Today’s problem is that people don’t get a lot of sleep and if you don’t it is bad for your health. Also, you can get tired and maybe fall asleep at work or school. If you were driving and you did not get a lot of sleep, you can crash into another car! Either you get hurt, or you hurt someone else! Also, you should not use your phone when you are driving, because you can get hurt. The other thing is that you can hurt other people.

 

So, now we are going to talk about how not to get sick. Wash your hands, after you touch something, because you do not know if that things were clean or not. Make sure you are dressed warmly and eat healthily or you will get sick.
