Health is the state of being free from illness or injury. It is, also, a person’s mental or physical condition. Good health is the greatest blessing of life. Life is a weary burden, to a person of broken heart. The richest people are unhappy without good health, despite their wealth.

  1. Physical exercise: Good health can be gained by plenty of exercise in the open air.

 

  1. Early morning walk: We should get up early and take a brisk walk.

 

  1. Play: Younger men and young ladies may play football or cricket, basketball or track and field.

 

  1. Balanced diet: Our diet should be balanced. We should have proper food. Too much eating is very bad for our health.

 

  1. Proper rest and sleep: We should rest and sleep on time. Early to bed is early to rise.
